He is survived by father Philip Inciong; brothers Alex and Gary Inciong, and Alton and Howard Tavares; and sisters Tricia Feiteira, Cindy Nobriga, Stacie Inciong, Francine "Mopsy" Aarona, Viola Banks, Aida SanMiguel and Lita Kahihikolo.
