77Richard Tasaka, 49, of Hanalei, Kauai, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by mother Hatsue, brother Alan and sister Susan Morishige. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Aug. 17 at Tahiti Nui, Hanalei. No flowers.
