MASAO TOKIHIRO 85, died in Los Angeles, CA on July 17,2013. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by his wife Kiyoko Tokihiro, son Robert Gates, daughters LaVerne (Sydney) Merrill, Linda Gates, Diane ( Bruce) Gates-Hawkins, Darlene Gates, Karen ( Dwight Kanae) Gates, Lei (Guy) Barrett, 18 grandchildren and 24 greatgrandchildren. Masao is also survived by many other loving family members. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday August 17,2013, 10:00am at Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin, 398 Kilauea Ave., Hilo, Hi.
