Flor M. "Flo" Labuguen, 87, of Lihue, a retired Westin groundskeeper and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Garden Island Healthcare. He was born in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Juanita; sons Moises, Bennett and Florante; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Aug. 24 at Immaculate Conception Church, Lihue. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Veterans Cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
