Harvey Elliot Hastrup, 79, of Green Valley, Ariz., formerly of Kaneohe, a retired U.S. Weather Service meteorologist, died at home. He was born in Oakland, Calif. He is survived by brothers Rolf and Jim. Services to be held at a later date.
