83Julia Anne Rosekrans, 67, of Captain Cook, Hawaii, a former pediatric emergency physician who was involved with book design and DVD production for Na Wai Iwi Ola Foundation, died in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Greene, N.Y. She is survived by husband Alvis Upitis, son Zachary Perlman, daughter Laura Scott, stepson Dris Upitis, stepdaughter Alise Upitis, mother Mary E., brother John, sister Joanna Elmore and hanai sister Mary I. Katsibas. Visitation: noon Aug. 31 at Kona Outdoor Circle. Services: 12:30 p.m. Celebration of life: 4 p.m. Sept. 1 at Pu'uhonua O Honaunau.
