81Leslie L. Kubo, 77, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retiree of Kauai Police Department and the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Kealia, Kauai. He is survived by wife Siebel Sheldon-Kubo; son Derwin; daughters Donna L. Lloyd, Leslie Takasaki and Duanne L. Kubo; stepsons Sam and Kamalu Sheldon; sisters Irene Apana and Annie Christian; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Sept. 7 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kapaa. Services: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Kapaa Public Cemetery. Aloha attire.
