70Matilde Medrano Corpuz, 70, of Kona, a retired food handler at McDonald's in Kona, died in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in the Philippines. She is survived by husband Aquilino Sr.; son Leo Ibasco; daughter Maty Ann Ibasco; stepsons Aquilino Jr. and Rolando; stepdaughters Fellie Albano, Elsa Oriarte and Evelyn Remelb; brothers Apolinario, Arnolfo and Ricardo Medrano; and 22 grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 75-230 Kalani St., Kailua-Kona. Services: 9 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Homelani Memorial Park, Hilo.
