73Saichi Spencer Shiraishi Sr., 87, of Kahului, a chief engineer at KMVI radio and television stations, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by son Spencer S. Jr.; daughters Leilani T. Blashill, Margie H. Shiraishi and Erika Y. Harvey; brother Clinton I.; sisters Alice Y. Ching and Jane S.
