Cecil Pacheco, 92, of Honolulu, a retired heavy-equipment operator for the Naval Supply Center at Pearl Harbor and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Hakalau, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Mary, son Cecil A., daughter Michele Rodrigues, sisters Dora Ramos and Jenny Alvarez, nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
