Hugh Hazard Willocks, 72, of Hilo, board chairman of Willocks Construction Corp., former president of the Hawaii Island Contractors' Association and an Army first lieutenant who served in the Vietnam War, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by sons Sam, Paul and Michael; daughters Kehu Huihui and Mamo Pada; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 4 p.m. Saturday at Hilo Yacht Club. Aloha attire.
