Jo Ann Louise Yamakawa, 77, of Mililani, died in Wahiawa. She was born in Portland, Ore. She is survived by husband Toshi, son Dan Levin, daughters Lori Bedard and Vicki Levin, brother Arthur White, sister Geraldine Munure, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
