79Katherine Ayako Morikawa, 83, of Honolulu, a retired Ethel's Dress Shoppe salesperson, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. She is survived by daughters Carol Isaki, Janice Yates and Susan Morikawa; and a grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
