72Alia Hallowell, also known as Jane Elliott Hallowell, 71, of Kauai, a health practitioner, died in Kapaa, Kauai. She was born in Portland, Maine. She is survived by daughter Rebecca O'Donnell and a grandchild. Celebration of life: 5 p.m. Friday at Riversong Sanctuary, Kapaa.
