James Joseph "Jim" Ferguson, 82, of Honolulu, a Navy retiree, retired electrician and safety inspector at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, and retired Navy submarine radioman, died in St. Francis Hospice West. He was born in New York City. He is survived by wife Elizabeth C. "Liz"; sons James Joseph III and Patrick; daughters Valle T. "Peaches" Baker and Regina Ferguson; stepsons Lance, Lester and Lesley Leong; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
