Gelacio Kilas Ballesteros Ramos, 88, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Dredging Construction Co. mason, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kahuku. He is survived by son Gregory, daughters Erlinda Bumanglag and Carol Ramos, sisters Magdalena CayeÂtano and Suprina Tungpalan, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
