Walter Koon Sing Chow, 89, of Honolulu, a retired heavy equipment operator for Jas. W. Glover Ltd., died in Honolulu. He was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. He is survived by son Michael; daughters Karen Sasaki, Janice Arakaki, Colleen Chong, Ruby Chow and Jasmine Williams; brother Thomas; sister Barbara Flores; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
