71Russell Masayoshi Higa Kiyan, 83, of Honolulu, a retired carpenter, died in Ann Pearl Nursing Facility. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by brothers Yoshio "Kenneth" and George S. Higa, and William T. and Lawrence H. Kiyan; sisters Haruko Oshiro and Rosebell M. Kiyan; and caregiver Araceli Danao. Private services.
