71Elroy Naihe Paikai, 69, of Pearl City, a retired Honolulu Police Department officer with the Canine Unit of the Specialized Services Division, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Diane; sons Dana, Darren, Deen, Rory and Robin; brothers Ebenezer and Errol; and 11 grandchildren. Visitation: 11 a.m. Saturday at Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Mass: 1 p.m. Inurnment: 2:15 p.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park. Aloha attire.
