74Eileen Andrews Feinberg, 76, of Kailua, a retired paralegal, died in Honolulu. She was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She is survived by husband Dennis, son Andrew Baker, stepson Barry, sister Catherine Ross and three grandchildren. Celebration of life pending. Donations suggested to Trinity Christian School Kailua or American Red Cross.
