81Kim Quach Romischer, 71, of Lihue, an insurance broker, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Saigon, Vietnam. She is survived by son Coy Rebmann, a brother, three sisters and a grandchild. Celebration of life in California. No flowers.
