Francis Yutaka Yamashiro, 92, of Honolulu, an elevator mechanic and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Carol, daughter Mary Ann Fernandes and two grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Oct. 7 at Aiea United Methodist Church. Committal services: 10:30 a.m. Oct. 8 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. No monetary offerings.
