Robbie Rath, 69, of Honolulu, a retired Broken Hill Proprietary Co. manager, owner of RathResponse, Incident Response Services and an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Ginger Waters, son Rob III, daughters Tiare and Heather, sisters Paula Rath and Roberta Cullen, and two grandchildren. Services: 4 p.m. Thursday at Elks Honolulu Lodge No. 616, Waikiki. Scattering of ashes to follow. Beach attire. No flowers. Donations suggested to Palama Settlement.
