74Lourdes Pitoy Antone "Auntie Pearl" Brown, 88, formerly of Nikiski, Alaska, a Sheffield Hotel Steak and Seafood Restaurant executive chef and manager in Kenai, Alaska, died in Hilo. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by son Desmon A. Haumea, daughter Karla L. Jennings, sister Rose Palisbo and numerous grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Oct. 12 at Dodo Mortuary in Hilo.
