78Benjamin Hoo Keong Chang, 83, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Transportation highway construction inspector, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jane; sons Roland and Ronald; daughters Diana Sumida, Lorna Sikorski and Doreen Uyeda; brother Clarence; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Private services.
