Richard Tsutomu Meguro, 81, of Honolulu, a state Department of Mental Health pharmacist and an Air Force veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Kimie, daughter Lori-Anne S. Leong, sister Helen Mayeda and two grandchildren. Private services.
