ERNEST “ERNIE” AKIRA KATSUYOSHI
ERNEST ERNIE AKIRA KATSUYOSHI Ernest "Ernie" Akira Katsuyoshi died on September 23, 2013, in Morgan Hill, California. He was born in Honolulu on April 9, 1938. Ernie was a veteran of the Hawaii Army National Guard, and was employed with the Santa Clara County Dept. of Corrections/Sheriff's Dept. He was predeceased by first wife, Ruth, with whom he had sons Wade and Kurt, and daughter Diane. They had six grandchildren. He is also survived by wife, Mylva, brother Thomas, and sister June Higaki. Funeral services and burial will be held in San Jose, CA, on Friday, October 4, 2013 at the Oak Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
