72Justice John Pacifico Makana O Ka Malu Quel, 11, of Hanamaulu, Kauai, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by father Jeff; brother Jeff Andrade; sisters Jazelle, Jazzlyn and Jazzmine Billianor-Pinero; grandparents Clementine and Pacifico; and great-grandfather Luis. Visitation: 8 a.m. Oct. 19 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Cremation to follow.
