Nellie Sakae Takano Hiyane, 94, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired public health nurse, died in HonoÂlulu. She was born in Hawi, Hawaii. She is survived by husband George, daughters Lani Nakazawa and Kathi Hiyane-Brown, brother Thomas Takano, sister Sumiko Wilson, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:15 a.m. Wednesday at All Saints' Episcopal Church, Kapaa. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
