Douglas Jeremiah Rondon, 71, of Kaneohe, a retired civil service personnel specialist and veteran of the Air Force, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Carolouise K.; daughter Kehaulani Naki; brothers Leonard Nuuhiwa, Walter Joines, Alvin and Solomon Potts, and Francis and Anthony Raiola; sisters La Viena Baker, Eloise and Evangeline Potts, Frances Maxwell, Lillian Potts-Horibe and Loretta Potts-Richardson; and two grandchildren.
