80Lilia E. Kepaa, 90, of Honolulu, a state Department of Transportation Airports Division employee, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Hawaii. She is survived by sons Benjamin, Allen and Vernon; daughters Puanani Cambra and Keri Jean Kepaa; brothers Joseph, Solomon and Samuel Espinda; sister Wilma Polanco; 14 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
