Cenon Tranquilino Albano Visaya, 66, of Keaau, Hawaii, a self-employed papaya farmer, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by son Fred Sr.; daughters Marylou Viernes and Genalyn Ulep; mother Francisca; brothers Loreto, Tolio, Jose, Tony, Valeriano and Antero; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Keaau Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
