76Richard Kenji Kawasaki, 85, of Honolulu, a surveyor for the city and state governments, and R.M. Towill Corp. and Sam O. Horita Inc., died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Aiko, son Milton, brothers Duke and Harold, and a grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m.
