75Chayne Devanti "Dondi" Orscher, 71, of Kaneohe, a professional golfer, died in Kailua. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son William T.; brothers Rudolpho, Robert P. "Marciano," Gregory "Stevie" and Edwin Miranda; and sisters Betty E. Batalona and Marvalee M. Garza.
