83Hideko Arata, 94, of Honolulu, retired owner of Arata Fish Market, died in Liliha Healthcare Center. She was born in Kekaha, Kauai. She is survived by son Francis T., daughter Jo-Ann K. Toma, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
