Tadayuki "Tad" Inouye, 86, of Honolulu, owner of Pacific Venetian and Bamboo Blinds, Hawaii Built In Vacuum and Rainbow Pacific Travel, and an Army veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Takeko "Kay," sons Keith and Ross, daughter Ann Amano, brother Edward, seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 12:30 p.m. Sunday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 1:30 p.m. Private inurnment. Casual attire. No flowers.
