Donna J. Miller, 71, of Aiea, a retired Navy master chief, died in Aiea. She was born in Omaha, Neb. She is survived by brother Ernest M. Cassell and sister Wilma Donahoo. Services: 9:30 a.m. Monday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire.
