James Yutaka Nakatsuka, 95, of Honolulu died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Hanalei, Kauai. He is survived by sons Neal M., Ralph Y. and Calvin S.; sister Leslie Miyashiro; and five grandchildren. Visitation: noon Nov. 16 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 1 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
