77Vivian Nobuko Williams, 79, of Kaneohe, a retired seamstress, died in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Keith H. and Kurt A., daughters Kathy M. Rellamas and Kareen M. Colburn, brother George H. Isaka, sisters Violet S. Yoshioka and Marion Y. Tatsumura, and seven grandchildren. Private services.
