76Kunie Yokota Payne, 81, of Hilo, a Hawaii County Economic Opportunity Council retiree, died in Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Facility. She was born in Busan, South Korea. She is survived by daughter Michelle Payne-Arakaki, sister Kumiko Sadakata and a grandchild. Visitation: 4 p.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire.
