Louis R. Tascott, 84, of Kailua, a retired EcoLab International employee and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in L'Anse, Mich. He is survived by wife Helena K., son Bret, daughter Dawn Gaskin and sister Muriel Hanson. Private services.
