Francis M.Y. Chang, 89, of Honolulu, a retired supervisory shipbuilding comptroller for the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Structural Group and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jennie L., sons Jeff and Jason, daughter Cindy Noborikawa, three brothers, two sisters and eight grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
