Fernando Ongayo, 89, of Ewa Beach, a retired Navy steward, died in Honolulu. He was born in Misamis Oriental, Philippines. He is survived by wife Paz, son Mark, daughters Annette Kibota, Victoria Marino and Ponciana Quindica and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m. Burial: 1 p.m. Friday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
