75Phillip Arnold Torres, 82, of Waimanalo, a retired truck driver with the Navy Public Works Center, died in Waimanalo. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Marie; sons James, Jack, Glenn, Don and Gary; daughters Dale Kaai‘ai, Michele Sanchez and Phyllis Torres; sister Elizabeth Ai; 27 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
