77Consolicion "Connie" Frazier, 66, of Lanai City, a retired hostess at Four Seasons Resort Lanai at Manele Bay, died at home. She was born in Lanai City. She is survived by brothers Edward Mapana, and Julian and Mario Dahang; and sisters Dorothy Tan, Magdalena Delos Reyes, Julia Oyama, Diana Gonzales and Polly Dahang.
