74Arthur Seiya "Seibo" Saiki, 76, of Holualoa, Hawaii, a retired Matsuyama Store meat cutter and former carpenter, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Betty; sons Chuzo, Haruo and Osamu Kahawaii; daughters Sonja Kahawaii and Peggy Nakagawa; sisters Betty Maglasang, Miriam Fuchigami and Hiro Hamada; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
