Ian Cooper Harrington, 88, of Kaneohe, a retired electrical engineer and an Army veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by daughters Susan C. White and Cynthia Krouse, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Services: 2 p.m. Thursday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
