Roy Loyalson Akau Jr., 83, of Honolulu, a retired city Refuse Division superintendent and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Ho-nolulu. He is survived by wife Kura M., son Nathan C., brother James, sister Loretta N.A. Dias, seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
