78Chieko Wada, 84, of Wailuku, a United Auto Parts Wailuku sales agent, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Kahului. She is survived by husband Mamoru; sons Gregg and Mitchell; sisters Mieko Crowell, Rachel Fujinaka, Fumie Tanoue and Joyce Shigemura; and three grandchildren.
