Roy Isao Ito Jr., 52, of Kaneohe, an Island Flooring Co. warehouse manager, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Candace; mother Patricia Canan; stepfather Richard Canan; brothers Kevin T. and Bryan H. Ito, and Darren T. Ito-Ohara; and grandparent Hisako Mizuno. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
